Frequently questioned and Answered

The teriyaki sides CANNOT be substituted with fried rice or other menu items, even for an extra fee. They will ONLY come with plain white rice (or brown rice for an extra charge), a small meal salad, or a small meal miso soup. If you would like fried rice, please order it separately a la carte. We also do NOT have lo mein, egg drop, or clear soup.

We do not deliver nor partnered up with any delivery services like Uber eats, Door dash or any third party services. If you see our restaurant on any other delivery service apps, it is not us. We've had multiple issues with these services that have made accounts under the Rock Fuji name without our knowledge or consent. 

We do not use a POS system that stores customer order histories or payment details. Because our small family staff personally remembers our regular guests and their usual orders, any first-time callers will need to provide their complete order details over the phone.

We DO NOT SELL any type of liquor or alcohol. Per NJ law, an establishment without a license CANNOT sell any sort of liquor. We are a BYOB establishment. 

We have a catering menu with a selection of platters with different rolls in them. Please note that these platters DO NOT have the option to be changed or be customized. They are set as is. Also when ordering, Payment must be made over the phone on the day of ordering. This ensures your order is prepared and ready for pickup as scheduled. Unpaid orders will not be processed. The minimum rolls to be in a platter is 6 rolls and up. Rolls under 6 will not be put into platter trays.

We can make any item off our menu (excluding the teriyaki's, tempura, and noodle entree's) gluten free and egg free. All of our spicy rolls have crunch mixed in and CANNOT be made gluten free. Rock Fuji is already a Peanut and Tree nut free faculty. Please notify us of any allergies before ordering your food. 

We operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to our limited seating space, we are unable to take reservations. Any parties larger than 7 will be turned away. We do not accept call aheads also. Dine in closes an hour before closing time.

Because of the high risk of fraud with over-the-phone transactions, we do not accept payments over the phone.

All card payments must be made in person and a signature is needed. 

Until further notice, our outdoor patio is currently takeout dining only. Traditional dine-in and table service is unavailable. We kindly ask that you place your order at the counter before seating yourself. Thank you for your cooperation.

Our Sashimi Regular/Deluxe and Sushi Regular/Deluxe options feature a selection of fish chosen by our chef. Due to the chef's selection process, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific fish to be removed due to allergies. For a more tailored experience, we recommend ordering individual sushi or sashimi pieces, so you can choose exactly what you prefer. This also includes the other items off of our sushi bar menu and the cold appetizers.
