Unfortunately, the teriyaki sides CANNOT be changed. They will ONLY come with plain white rice, a small meal salad, and a small meal miso soup. The rice, soup, and salad CANNOT be substituted with any other of our soups, salads, and rice. We recommend you to order it separately. We also do NOT have lo mein, egg drop or clear soup.

We do not deliver nor are partnered up with any delivery services like Uber eats, Door dash and so on. If you see our restaurant on any other delivery service apps, it is not us. We've had multiple issues with these services that have made accounts under the Rock Fuji name without our knowledge or consent. Please immediately report it to be taken down.

Please note that our Sashimi Regular/Deluxe and Sushi Regular/Deluxe options feature a selection of fish chosen by our chef. Due to the chef's selection process, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific fish to be removed due to allergies. For a more tailored experience, we recommend ordering individual sushi pieces, so you can choose exactly what you prefer. This also includes the other items off of our sushi bar menu and the cold appetizers.

We do all year round. Just call a day ahead before your actual event, tell us the rolls you want in the platters and we will make your beautiful platters fresh on the day of of your event.

Yes we can. We can make any item off our menu (excluding the teriyaki's, tempura, and noodle entry's) gluten free and egg free. Rock Fuji is already a Peanut and Tree nut free restaurant. We take allergies very seriously, so please notify us before ordering your food. We also have gluten free soy sauce and gluten free and egg free veggie dumplings.

Yes you can. The rice on the rolls and that comes on the side of teriyaki's can be substituted with brown rice with a extra charge of $1.00. Just ask on the phone or when a waitress is taking your order that you want your rolls/teriyakis/fried rice to be made with brown rice. 

When ordering off the ala carte menu, your server will often ask (if not specified) if you want your pieces of fish to be sushi or sashimi. Sushi or often known as nigiri is cuts of fish with the rice on the bottom and for Sashimi is cuts of fish without the rice on the bottom. At Rock Fuji, our ala carte pieces of sushi/sashimi comes with one piece per order. 

For our classic rolls like the California roll, Spicy tuna, Salmon Avocado, they will be cut into 6 pieces. Just let us know if you would like the classic rolls to be cut into 8 pcs. For our special rolls like the BMW, Ferrari, Tokyo, Y2K; they will be cut into 8 or 10 pieces, depends on the  roll you order. 

We do in fact have no rice rolls called Naruto's. They are special rolls that are wrapped with cucumbers. They have no rice nor seaweed and they are great for rolls that are low carb. But the price's for the Naruto's differ from restaurant to restaurant. You can also ask the rolls to be made without rice, so the rolls with only be rolled with seaweed. So make sure to check the menu before ordering. 

We do not have any kids meals. But the most popular items for kids are cucumber avocado rolls, california rolls, avocado rolls, noodle soup, chicken fried rice, gyoza (dumplings), and yakitori appetizer that comes with three sticks and people usually order a side rice with the yakitori. 

The rolls that are seaweed on the outside are mostly the ones that have only one ingredient in them like the salmon roll, avocado roll, salmon roll, yellowtail scallion roll, cucumber roll, king vegetable, tuna roll, crabstick roll, spider roll, lobster roll and the spicy lobster roll. The rest of the rolls on our menu will automatically be made with the rice on the outside like the shrimp cucumber, salmon avocado, tuna avocado and the rest of our rolls.

The eel sauce 100% DOES NOT have eel in it. Basically what the eel sauce is, is a very sweet and thick soy sauce. It is called eel sauce because it is used to brush on the eel after the eel is done grilling. Like how barbecue sauce is brushed on a rack of ribs, hence bbq ribs.

Since we are a peanut and tree nut free restaurant, we do NOT use peanuts or tree nuts in any of our rolls or kitchen orders. We also do not have pork fried rice.
