The teriyaki sides CANNOT be changed. They will ONLY come with plain white rice or brown rice, a small meal salad, and a small meal miso soup. The rice, soup, and salad CANNOT be substituted with any other of our soups, salads, and rice. We recommend you to order it separately. We also do NOT have lo mein, egg drop or clear soup.
We do not deliver nor partnered up with any delivery services like Uber eats, Door dash and so on. If you see our restaurant on any other delivery service apps, it is not us. We've had multiple issues with these services that have made accounts under the Rock Fuji name without our knowledge or consent. Please immediately report it to be taken down.
Our Sashimi Regular/Deluxe and Sushi Regular/Deluxe options feature a selection of fish chosen by our chef. Due to the chef's selection process, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific fish to be removed due to allergies. For a more tailored experience, we recommend ordering individual sushi or sashimi pieces, so you can choose exactly what you prefer. This also includes the other items off of our sushi bar menu and the cold appetizers.
Yes we can. We can make any item off our menu (excluding the teriyaki's, tempura, and noodle entree's) gluten free and egg free. Rock Fuji is already a Peanut and Tree nut free restaurant. We take allergies very seriously, so please notify us before ordering your food.
Due to many allergies, specifically with tree nuts and peanuts, throughout our community, Rock Fuji DOES NOT use any tree nuts or peanuts at our restaurant. We are a peanut and tree nut friendly restaurant and do not carry any peanut sauce for dressings nor use nuts in our rolls.
We are a BYOB restaurant and DO NOT sell any sort of alcohol in our restaurant since by New Jersey law, we need to require an Alcohol license by New Jersey Division of Alcohol Beverage Control in order to sell it in our establishment. We kindly ask you to purchase your choice of alcohol before coming for dine in.
We have a catering menu with a selection of platters with different rolls in them. Please note that these platters DO NOT have the option to be changed or be customized. They are set as is. Also when ordering, Payment must be made over the phone on the day of ordering. This ensures your order is prepared and ready for pickup as scheduled. Unpaid orders will not be processed. The minimum rolls to be in a platter is 6 rolls and up. Rolls under 6 will not be put into platter trays.
The beef teriyaki will ONLY come fully cooked. We CANNOT make the beef medium rare or medium. The beef is cut thinly before we cook it.
The landline phone is ONLY used for taking orders, nothing else. We are unable to give the phone to make a personal phone call or anything else.
