We as a restaurant strive to provide the best dining experience possible to every individual customer. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know immediately so we can address the issue.
- Returns are only accepted within the day you received your food. In order to get a refund, you MUST bring back the food in its original condition. If not it will not be accepted and there will be NO refund.
- To initiate a refund/return, please call with your order details and reason for the return/refund.
- Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee or other applicable charges.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 1 to 3 business days once the return items have been received and inspected.
- If an item is missing from your order, please call back and tell us what item that is missing and soon after you will get a Rock Fuji Credit. We will keep note with your information and of the missing item and will give you the missing item for free the next time you order.
